Voice Chat

Communicate effortlessly with other players using in-game voice chat. Here's how to get started:

How to Enable Voice Chat

  1. Install Requirements

    • Ensure you have the Simple Voice Chat mod installed if you're using a modded client.

    • For vanilla players, no additional installation is needed—just connect and enjoy!

  2. Adjust Settings Open the voice chat settings in-game to configure:

    • Microphone: Set your input device.

    • Volume: Adjust voice chat levels for clarity.

    • Push-to-Talk: Set a keybind for speaking, or toggle open mic mode.

  3. Test Your Setup Use the test feature in the settings to ensure everything is working.

Using Voice Chat In-Game

  • Proximity Chat Speak and hear players who are nearby in the game world.

    • The closer the player, the louder their voice.

  • Group Chat Join a private group to communicate exclusively with your friends:

    /vc group <group name>

Tips:

  • Use headphones to reduce echo or background noise.

  • Respect others and ensure your conversations remain friendly and appropriate.

  • If you encounter any issues, reconnect or check your microphone settings.
